Release and Forms - Advanced Level
This dance class guides you through foundational technique-based exercises designed to refine alignment, spatial direction, coordination, and rhythm. Blending contemporary and modern dance sequences, the class emphasizes weight, relationship to gravity, and breath awareness – elements central to release technique(s) – inviting a sense of ease and continuity through both grounded and expansive movements.
You’ll be encouraged to explore your body at your own preferred intensity, supporting both personal expression and technical development. Above all, the class is a space to celebrate the pure joy of dancing – placing passion and creativity at the heart of every movement.

Labouradeg, a contemporary dive into Breton dances and culture - Open Level
This workshop takes place at the meeting point between Hugo Le Brigand and Anne Faucheret. Hugo is a dance artist who grew up in Brittany, France, with a deep interest in its folklore. Anne is a curator and art historian eager to explore the very concept of folklore – shedding light on its nebulous expanse of nuances, symbols, and mechanisms. Over the course of two afternoons, we will trace a path into this region at the “end of the world” (“Penn ar Bed”), entering through its stories, its atmospheres, and its dances. By weaving body research with theoretical reflection, we will open three main lines of investigation: Territory, soil, and expressions; visibility and invisibility; and the collective body. We’ll turn to the welcoming quality of those dances, their connection with farming practices, and uncover hidden ghosts. Together, these threads invite us to question, experience, and embody folklore not as a fixed heritage, but as a living field of movement, reflection, and shared presence
